These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nexus Star Enterprises LLC website, free tools, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

Nexus Star Enterprises LLC ("Nexus Star," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent business offering digital subscription assistance, custom website development, homework help, vehicle history report assistance, and free online file utilities.

2. Third-party brands

Nexus Star is not sponsored, endorsed, affiliated with, or officially partnered with Netflix, YouTube, Apple Music, F1 TV, Spotify, CARFAX, or any other third-party brand referenced on this site. All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used solely to describe the services we offer access to.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use paid Services. Subscription and report services may require you to provide accurate information for order fulfillment.

4. Free tools

The file conversion, compression, and generator tools on this site are provided "as is" for general convenience. Most tools process files locally in your browser and never transmit your files to us. A small number of tools (clearly marked) send your file to our processing infrastructure solely to perform the requested conversion, and the file is deleted immediately after the result is returned to you. We do not review, retain, or claim ownership of files you process through these tools.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to scrape, crawl, mirror, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract the content, source code, or structure of this website using bots, automated scripts, or AI training crawlers without our prior written consent.
  • Interfere with, overload, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures protecting our tools or infrastructure.
  • Upload files you do not have the legal right to process, or files containing malicious code.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate Nexus Star Enterprises LLC.
  • Host or publish illegal content, impersonate Nexus Star, or use a Nexus Star subdomain to scam or deceive others. See Section 8.

6. Payments and orders

Pricing for subscription assistance, custom website projects, homework help, and vehicle history report assistance is confirmed before purchase or by email quote. Availability of any third-party service is not guaranteed and may change based on the provider's own terms.

7. Custom website projects

Custom website engagements, including any subdomain we offer or use of a customer-owned domain, are scoped individually by email. Domain registration costs for customer-owned domains are the customer's responsibility. Any subdomain we provide is also subject to Section 8.

8. Subdomain hosting and acceptable use

Nexus Star may approve requests to host a website under a subdomain of one of our domains: v3xyservices.com, nexusstar.tech, nexusstar.studio, and nexusbuilds.me. Subdomains are provided at our discretion, are subject to approval, and may be changed, suspended, or removed at any time in accordance with these Terms. Nexus Star operates these domains and approves the sites hosted on them.

Anyone hosting under our subdomains must not host illegal content or anything they are not legally permitted to host. You are solely responsible for everything published, stored, linked, or distributed through your subdomain. Prohibited content and activity includes, without limitation:

  • Content or activity that violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
  • Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Malware, phishing, scams, fraud, or other deceptive services.
  • Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children.
  • Threats, harassment, or content that promotes or facilitates violence or other serious harm.
  • Any other content or use that is not permitted under these Terms or that you do not have the legal right to host.

No misrepresentation of Nexus Star. Our subdomains may not be used to misrepresent Nexus Star Enterprises LLC in any way. This includes pretending to be Nexus Star Enterprises LLC or any of our staff or representatives, and using our name, logos, domains, or services to scam, defraud, or deceive other people. If we discover this, we will take the site down.

Enforcement. If we learn, through a report or our own review, that a subdomain is being used in violation of these Terms, we may take the website down, suspend or revoke the subdomain, and permanently prevent the user from using Nexus Star subdomains, in each case with or without prior notice. We are not required to provide refunds or compensation for a takedown.

Reporting to authorities. If we determine that content is seriously unlawful, involves fraud or scams, or poses a serious risk of harm, we may report it to the appropriate authorities, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with law enforcement investigations to the extent permitted or required by law.

Mistakes and reports. If you own a subdomain that was taken down and you believe this was a mistake, email [email protected] to speak with an agent. You can use the same address to report abuse, impersonation, or scams on a Nexus Star subdomain.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Star Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including any loss of data processed through our free tools.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
